Iām Arezoo, a community-focused social impact strategist and nonprofit founder.
I work with organizations, leaders, and change-makers to create and curate intersectional knowledge about the challenges facing the world today.
As a natural story-teller and an inquisitive thinker, my mission is to create understanding and build bridges among people to shape a future that centres gender-justice and equity.
I work with non-profit organizations, community groups, civic leaders, and change-makers to redefine leadership and advance intersectionality and anti-oppression.
Rooted in my experience as both a social innovator and a young racialized woman, I take a transformational approach to working with individuals and organizations to develop ideas and solutions that advance gender-justice and equity.
Through meaningful conversation and education, I hope to redefine leadership to centre intersectionality and anti-oppression at the core of decision-making.

Lived Experience
My work is deeply rooted in my heritage and experience as a Muslim Iranian immigrant living on Turtle Island.
